It just feels as if a legitimate search wasn’t done, just like when Adams was hired as GM. Someone with ties to the organization gets hired to a position they probably wouldn’t have gotten at an organization they didn’t have a history with.
I legit used to make like 30-50$ an hour there when i was a kid. Always made 2-5$ per car (probably averaged out to like 3) and it only takes like 2 min to do a car. Insane

It's worth remembering that GMKA is a retired centerman. He's played the game. He's been there. He alluded more than once to how yes, it's a different sport now with culture and forming relationships with your players as the coach. Seemed to me he wants someone who is a little closer to center on the friend vs coach spectrum. Donny really wanted to be a friend to all of these guys and was very clearly prone to making excuses for fucking EVERYTHING. The only time he ever came close to holding his guys accountable was either the few times he did bench someone (which usually had a positive outcome, shocking I know 🙄) or his age old "not enough compete".
For a little less costly option - go to Niagara outlets, and buy something higher end name brand that fits decently (my preference is Hugo Boss, but there are plenty of options there). Then take it to a good tailor and have it custom fitted. Everyone thinks I order my suits custom, but I'm more in the $650-750 range with the alterations and everything. But the key is that I choose a suit that fits pretty well to begin with.

I'd hit up sail buffalo on Facebook or insta. They know a ton of people in the sailing community and would prob know if someone was looking for crew.
