getting a haircut gives me a tremendous amount of anxiety. i want to be in and out as quickly as possible. it is so uncomfortable for me. i break out in a sweat and my heart starts to race anytime i have to get a cut. i dont want to talk or be spoken to. just cut it quickly and let me leave. i postpone my haircuts as long as i can too. my shit will get so mangy and unmanageable. it has to get to the point where i just cant take it anymore and have to go get a cut. so i couldnt imagine having to spend the entire day stuck at the barber shop.
