I guess you’re trying to access your locally hosted Gitlab. You can try to use a non http or https port, or use a proxy, like Nginx Proxy Manager or Traefik.
The smokestopper is there to make sure you don't have a short circuit, which has now been accomplished. Spinning the motors is probably drawing enough current to trip the smokestopper.
From that screenshot, you haven't chosen your target. There is a bug in the latest Configurator that occurs when you flash using a local HEX file, if you haven't selected the target (which isn't usually necessary).

Thanks. Yes I fixed it by changing the domain and by configuring a nginx server as reverse proxy that's in front of the gitlab nginx server.

BF 3.4 was the last version to support F3 boards.
Flashing the firmware doesn't seem to work; USB-cable is connected, drivers installed, bootpins are shorted.
