Yeah I found the focus on the donuts a little strange. The three youngest saw it as a power move and Connor was like "ohhh donuts!" and Kendall told him to stop looking and thinking about eating them. It also reminds me of Logan getting Iverson to try the food Kendall served him. Again a power move. I don't think Logan was worried about the food being poisoned; he just wanted to show Kendall that he didn't trust him.

I don't know exactly when Indiana got No Fault divorce but if you wanted to really go after your spouse, so you could get something out of the marriage, you had to prove they caused grounds for divorce and they had to fall under adultery, cruelty (hard to prove because women had to basically be a dutiful housewifey or she 'deserved' the cruelty) or insanity...
