Bought my first in 2019. Stern Lectronamo. Paid $900CAD. Few months later in January 2020 I was scoping a local FB group where a realtor was trying to get someone to buy and move out a machine from his clients basement. Well $700 and some heavy lifting got me a Highspeed.
Don't go into the auto trade, unless you have aptitude towards electronics/technology and are okay with being paid like garbage. Edit:especially if you're a woman in the trades. You still get the subversive treatment from the 1950s
Reminds me of a few years back. A good buddy looked like the white version of that in our early 20's... always clinging to the few hairs at the front. Years later show up at his house and his head is shaved down to the wood. My first instinct was to say "thank God. You finally gave up and shaved it!". His face dropped and replied "the guard on the trimmers slipped. Had no choice. Was it that bad?"
As long as they hammer out a worst case scenario agreement on paper buying with a GF (especially if they are considering staying together long term/marriage) is no problem.
For us we went from many years of paper notes/travel cards to Jane. We decided the easiest route was to have the paper notes available if needed and reference if needed until there is a history in Jane that could be used instead. If that makes sense. Still have boxes and boxes of old notes in the back room, go through the boxes every few years and shred the ones we can.
As someone hiring (for a permanent position) I got a lot of University student applications. We did not reply as it is set as a permanent part time position not appropriate for students.

perhaps an unpopular "opinion" but we are not to run a gym membership type of practice... if you are looking to build a medical practice... but to each their own..

considering staying together long term, and staying together long term, are two very different things. reality.
Hence why you have a legal agreement going in, and both on title.
