I think there’s a decent chance he didn’t mean harm by the comment but men also need to understand that women’s bodies are CONSTANTLY scrutinized. Some women go through their whole life never being told by a partner that their body is perfect the way it is. And as a woman I can say I’ve never spent any time thinking about or critiquing a man’s body that I was romantically involved with.

I would just buy an oversize T-shirt or shirt, wear with leggings in any colour you have, and crack on. Then if it gets painted it can be a pyjama T-shirt or something. And if they want to moan about the leggings ask them to pay for the jumpsuit. Job done

I’ve only read the initial trilogy… but Amren always felt a bit cartoonish? Like they’d be “oh she’s the most monstrous person in the world, incapable of normal human empathy, but also great on a night out” type vibe. Seemed a bit off kilter to me. The whole thing of her helping Feyre at the prison was what I expected her character to then be… smart, perceptive and getting things done, like a sociopathic wizard. So the attachment to baubles because of human interactions later on seemed a bit out of her character. It didn’t make sense to me that she would care.
