1. Time to leave a nice review on glassdoor about the interview

  2. What good rss readers do people use nowadays anyway?

  3. There’s a bloke in Kentish Town who wanders round in circles with a measuring wheel sort of muttering a random absurdist monologue that both makes no sense and is very compelling. Always a treat to see his work

  4. He likes to visit the sainsburys in Camden and rant out loud for an hour or two on most Saturdays? I think

  5. Just try not to use single core wire in them. It works but it'll likely snap off and you'll lose contact

  6. I've never used them and I don't understand how they'd work. Where/how would you connect a wire that you'd like to connect to it?

  7. It's in the side, and you screw the contact down onto the wire

  8. The first word in the title is "Cheapest". And your response is an LG OLED. My guy...

  9. 120hz and TV is also in the title, that reduces the range a lot

  10. A flash flood of colour is their worst album.

  11. They discussed it on wan show a few weeks ago, basically nvidia came asking with a new account manager saying we've changed we've changed... and they're giving them one last shot.

  12. the NAS is about $800 and the drives would push me the rest of the way to that total cost.

  13. unraid is one of the easiest setups, nice gui to manage it all. Costs money though.

  14. The n word can either be used ending in an 'a' or 'er' the latter being called a hard r

  15. Can you pin where someone just pinged on the map? That'd be really useful

  16. This announcement was premature. They leaked it in code in a recent update when trying rushing to push out a security fix.

  17. Damn. I usually assume these are from the usa

  18. I had these when mine arrived. I asked for a repair with Samsung and they sent out engineers who replaced the panel in my home. The new panel does not have these. Atleast not visible unless you really really try. A lot better than when it arrived.

  19. What id like the most is for wrecking balls to behave similar to this video, actually breaking stuff. Whenever i use it, it either bpunces off the object or the wire snaps

  20. In the closed betas they did. But then the server would grind to a laggy halt

  21. I love it. It wasn't perfect but Samsungs repair process with engineers was fast and simple and now it's perfect.

  22. You need to find where the slowness is coming from, check task manager to see if anything is maxed during it. Hopefully that'll give you a clue

  23. Update: I had samsung send engineers out and they replaced the screen on site. The scan lines are now gone.

  24. I have this issue too. It's really ruining my experience of this monitor currently. Everything else seems great but its just putting a nasty texture on the whole screen. If I sit back far enough they disappear but its such a huge stand that's hard.

  25. We did vegetarian only at our wedding last year.

  26. Missed the WAN show. Curious what they talked about that made you switch?

  30. You wouldn't be able to achieve 240hz in gaming with a 4090 or a 7900 xtx. Ultrawide 4k is too much it would take at least 2 or 3 more generation of gpus before we can achieve 240hz at 4k in gaming.

  31. You can get It in rocket league with almost max settings on a 7900xtx. No frame generation. Or up scaling and at native res.

  32. There was no scanlines on the 2 units I tested, only 1st had popping noises (someone had service and turned out to be melted glue on some capacitors) and both had flickering with gsync turned on.. was told 1004 does not include vrr control on the osd.. if there are scanlines its a hardware issue and can not be fixed

  33. I can see freesync pro as a setting still on osd after update

  34. Samsung’s site states version 1003.0 - great click bait and I’ve got 2 57’s with no scan lines.

  35. This is super minor but either a pushbutton for the circuit network similar to the mod, or a easier way to click a constant combinator on and off.

  36. Remotes that are connected to wherever you want, like the spiderton and artillery - which I think they're already changing?
