I agree with it. Schools have had autonomy over their budgets since 2012. The result is that schools with money ended up taking their Assistant principals off class. Pre 2012 they were on class 5 days. Now most schools have them off doing other things. This means their classes need to be covered, usually with inexperienced teachers. So your childs teacher is now a second year (or even in the final year of uni) rather than highly experienced.
Completely agree, not having a go at beginning teachers. But ask any teacher who has been in the classroom for 10 years, they are much better now than they were back then. I guess with the teacher shortage its been less 1st year teachers on class and more split classes or casuals.
In my opinion this is becoming a farce… I don’t think the government actually wants to make housing affordable anymore. Both Labor and Libs are bad with their policies. Then you have the pro immigration Greens who can’t comprehend the math of importing more people equaling rent/housing going up.

Liberals get a swing of more than half the margin, that's not a loss in a seat they were never going to actually win. The Greens would be disappointed not to have held more support, but it wouldn't have been a priority for them. Labor would be satisfied to hold the seat with a good margin but perhaps a little worried to have had that much of a swing so early in their term. I think it's ultimately a case where everyone walks away not entirely happy but satisfied enough.

Brad played has only played 13 rounds where as Garret has 18. If Brad in his next 5 rounds shoots less than a -2.3 then his handicap drops further.
