  12. Neuro signs can be vague. It can be as subtle as AMS; "the patient has been confused and agitated for the last two weeks" is usually how they frame it. They'll give you a normocytic anemia. They may or may not have an AKI. Renal disease is not needed to be there.

  16. Scores are pretty low so probably your clinical knowledge is weak. Use videos and/or textbook first and then return to uworld.

  17. If you are getting 40% then you need to brush up your basics- FA step1. Many topics are based on it

  18. That's the whole purpose of u world it gives you PTSD. Because that's the most memorable way to learn something.
