My Chevy Traverse requires at least the second highest Onstar plan to get remote start. It's bullshit, but I live in Central Texas so having it to start the AC ahead of time is damn near required when it's 100+ degrees. Unless you want to sweat for the first 5 minutes of your drive.
I don't know if that's what it would be called. But it was an event just like the regular witch that leaves a void egg, but she was wearing white (or light colored) with gold trim and she left a gold egg.
lol i end up having chests in my kitchen too! there's just not enough room for everything that i have in 2 or 3 fridges alone. like for example i don't keep fish in my fridges because i always end up accidentally making sashimi/maki roll out of fish that i meant to use for better recipes. so into the chests they go and i pull out exactly what fish i need when i need it!
Build debatable useless buildings like mills and slime huts. Also not using sprinklers on my main farm (exception with the greenhouse). And outright refusing to fish.
The Qi quest where you have to sell freshly cooked items GOD its such a waste of time and money even if you do only sashimi and coffee its so annoyingggg
Technically, whichever gem is supposed to be on which pedestal is "locked" from the moment the game is started. The birds in the different areas just show you which gem goes where. You don't even need to use the exact gem they give you, you COULD try every combination of gems on each pedestal that you don't know yet, though the fewer known pedestals you have to work with, the harder that part will be. Good luck and enjoy the golden walnuts quest!
I got just one from a bird and guessed the rest by trying different combinations (learned that from a YouTube video). Only took a couple minutes of trial and error. Surprisingly not that bad.
I don't think they're useless since they're cheap to make. I just don't believe you need to intermix them amongst plants. I just put them around the edges, even in my gardens that are 21x21 or bigger. Crows won't fly past them to the middle where crops aren't in scarecrow range. At least I've never seen it happen. I've only ever lost crops to lightning since I only have 12 lightning rods. That's still pretty rare though.
I didn't get one until year 5 or 6 I think. Then I honed my bombing technique in the volcano and took it to the skull caverns. Lots of bombs and staircases to skip down low. Got 12 in about 8 skull caverns runs.
My main weapon was the Dragontooth Cutlass until I was able to turn my Galaxy Sword into an Infinity Blade. The Lava Kitana is good for the mines and starting off in the Volcano, but isn't so great for the Skull Caverns. They key for the Skull Caverns (in my opinion) is to just bomb an area with a lot of rocks and see if there's a staircase or shaft to jump down. If not, place a staircase from your inventory. On the next floor, look to see if there's a good cluster of rocks. If not, staircase down. If there is, try one bomb. If no way down, drop a staircase. Rinse and repeat until you're around 100 levels down and start bombing more and more things. I mostly avoid any combat until I get really low, and even then avoid as much combat as possible. Bombing one or two areas and then moving on to the next floor is more advantageous than engaging in combat.
I play on Android, so another port. Everything is great except using slingshots. They're so difficult to use in combat situations on phones, that I never use them. Only good for the one time you have to use one to get one specific thing.
It's crazy how random it is. I got one on year 2, and now have a forest of mushroom trees. I've heard of plenty not seeing them for years though. I'm on the forest farm though, so I wonder if that impacts things since it seems like trees grow like crazy on this map.
Xbox 360 controllers don't have Bluetooth, so you can't connect them wirelessly. You'll need to look up how to connect them via cable or get a different Bluetooth controller. Then it's just a matter of connecting them to the phone. The game recognizes the controller natively. I got an 8bitdo controller since it works on my phone and Nintendo Switch.
While that sounds beautiful, I unfortunately already have a tradition. Every single one of my animals (besides rabbit) is named George, each time spelled slightly different. We've got George, Geogre, Georje, Jeorge, jeorje, jorj, jorge, gorge, gorje, grorje, etc. All except one goat, named Franscisco.
I would check out some recommend layouts online before doing too much more. You've got three options in my opinion. Go in with no weapons or scythe, and rush around trying not to get hurt. Get the slime charmer ring to take no damage and not auto attack(on phones at least). Or set up a specific layout that forces separation of you and slime until you eventually get the slime charmer ring. The Wiki page has an example layout to use.
One exception is mushroom tree stumps, which you don't get from cutting them down (they don't cut down to stumps). All mushroom trees become stumps in winter and regrow in spring.
I don’t know if I can directly help with this as I don’t 100% remember. But I do believe it has something to do with the back room of the oasis shop in the desert. I think once you’ve done the quest to enter there you’re able to get regular quests on the island. Someone else will be able to answer more thoroughly I’m sure!

I got a void egg from a witch, but never a gold egg. Do I need to have an open animal slot available to get one or just wait for random luck?

I just unlocked the qi walnut room. 100 gems would go a longgggg way for me
You can get more than 100 gems through easier quests quicker.

Nah. I literally NEVER fill the bowl. EVER. I’ve had over 20 saves in 3 years and I never fill the bowl, and only very rarely pet them. 😹
I too have never given my dog water, and have only pet them maybe once... thankfully my wife now takes care of them, lol

i use the burglars ring and kill dragons in the volcano and they drop the teeth pretty often
