1. Miami has a shallow culture where people judge you based on what you wear, where you live and what you drive. That attitude encourages fake ballers who try to appear bigger than what they are.

  2. Divorce him. He’s trying to pimp you out without your consent. That’s low-down scummy and you’re certainly not overreacting.

  3. Thanks for posting. It’s a fair bet that at least 3 of these players will either be selected in the draft or signed as UDFAs. Not surprisingly the list leans heavy on defense, considering that the team needs to replenish depth there.

  4. Yeah…and we’re still waiting for Trump’s best in the world health care plan eight years later. We should assume that he’s going to do whatever the far-right evangelicals want, since that’s exactly what he did in his first four years in office.

  5. I'm so proud of Donald Trump. He may very well have to sacrifice himself so we can all falsify business records to cover up hush money payments made to a porn star we were having an affair with. He's standing up for our right to threaten court staff, witnesses and even judge's families! These may be our most important rights. For that I salute you, sir. You are a true patriot advancing the cause of criminals everywhere!

  6. He never really had their support. Once the public focuses more on Trump’s increasingly unhinged statements and actions, I think his support will drop further.

  7. The president should be the best of us not the worst of us.

  8. He speaks to the base’s bigotry like others can’t.

  9. Taurus and Scorpio rule material/financial concerns, as does Jupiter and Saturn. Given that both will be in opposition at the start of the 2030s, we may at the point see a pullback in spending by corporations and governments, perhaps a reorganization of fiscal and monetary policy. Could very well be a whiplash effect from the spending and speculation of this decade. We might start to experience a slowdown even before this point. Jupiter entering Virgo late 2027, the North Node in Aquarius (conjoining Pluto around the same time) and Saturn in Taurus squaring Pluto in Aquarius 2028-29 all point to a slowing economy. 2026-27 should be a period of very loose fiscal and monetary policy, with a lot of money flowing into new businesses, particularly in technological and communications fields. Much like during the tech bubble of the late 1990s, some of these new businesses will eventually become mainstays of the economy, others will fall to the wayside when the bubble bursts late in the decade. Late 2024-25 will likely be more difficult and crisis oriented, some sort of external event will likely trigger major, rapid political shifts. Protest movements and labor difficulties will be at the fore in the coming months.

  10. We’re a generation that has been buffeted by multiple crises. Not surprising that we have collective PTSD.

  11. If an avian flu pandemic with an 8-10% death rate occurs there will be another shutdown. Covid was tame compared to that scenario and I suspect that people will generally take precautions voluntarily when they see how rapidly it onsets and how severe it is.

  12. Sounds about right. They’re not stronger in the trenches and in the secondary. Depth at the Edge and WR is a real issue too. Better hope that our 32 year old lead RB can hold up. No doubt they were facing major cap issues, but we shouldn’t fool ourselves into thinking that this roster is better than it was last year.

  13. The city manager promised a “full reporting and accounting” of the business dealings in mid-January, referring to WLRN’s reporting as “inaccurate or incomplete.” However, the report issued by Noriega on Monday

  14. They’re going the veteran route at WR3. They want someone who can learn the offense quick, and that player isn’t a rookie. Our 1st rounder will either be a pass rusher or an offensive lineman.

  15. Not on the roster yet. Typically they'll carry 11-12 WR's to camp and right now they're at 6. Expect one or two signings before the draft. They really only need a returner and a slot. Renfrow and Chark are the most interesting names available. Wouldn't surprise me if Berrios is still in the plans, or they can pivot to one of the many tier 3 FA's currently available that have return ability. Then they'll likely draft a WR and bring in 2 UDFAs at the position. Tyreek and Waddle are guaranteed to be on the roster, along with what ever rookie and Tier 2 free agent they bring in. Everyone else will likely compete for one or two spots.

  16. Backup OT (to take over for Armistead by next year), OG, plus S, WR and Edge depth are all sure to be addressed in the coming draft.

  17. So far we're seeing a mix of solid vets to fill out starting spots, along with several younger players with some upside that they're taking a chance on -- players like Neville Gallimore, Jody Fortson and Da'vion Nixon. For this FA strategy to be successful, at least one of those players have to become decent contributors. Otherwise they'll be patching up significant holes in the roster with lesser talent come late August. Overall it seems like they're filling in the roster with solid players, instead of making splash moves with stars. It's good to see, and the best way to build depth. That has been what has tripped up this team late in the year.

  18. Sad to see him go. No doubt our run defense won't be as stout without Wilkins in there. Best of luck to him.

  19. I think he'll take his millions from the Jets over the #2 spot on a third party ticket doomed to fail. He'll entertain it though...

  20. I feel he's piling on things we might not need. Might have the starting CB on the roster in Cam, ILB aren't too hard to find, do we really need 2 heavy usage edge players? Kind of short sighted. 3 backup WRs also easy to find.

  21. They still need to find a moderately priced CB that's skilled in press coverage -- got to hedge against Cam potentially not working out. Phillips and Chubb are likely to start the year on PUP, and maybe Cam Goode will too, so they will likely need a few older vet starters, plus depth pieces at OLB. This is just to field a credible defense. ILB and backup caliber WR's can be found. Good year to draft those positions too.

  22. The success of low cost vet free agents will be the biggest factor moving this team forward over the next two years, or we will see a regression. The best value contracts in my view are those for players still in their mid 20s who still might have something to prove. Risk is low since there’s not a lot of money attached, but reward is high since it’s basically a prove it deal. Connor Williams and David Long are the best examples. Jonnu Smith is another example of this. The team should cycle through these types of players, then replace once the price escalates. Paying those types of players will often get a team into an Ogbah type of situation, where the production doesn't match the money.

  23. Not a bad deal for Gink. Wonder why the Dolphins didn't match. I really hope that there's a plan for the edge. Our two starters are coming back from severe injuries and may not be ready to go until mid-season, and now Van Gink is leaving too. If they don't find a few starting caliber players for their whole front seven, it may be a long season, even with improved offensive production.

  24. US-17, especially in busier times of year. I'd avoid I-4 altogether if possible. One of the worst stretches of interstate in the entire country. Traffic, distracted drivers, accidents.

  25. Wow, I expected him to get a one year "prove-it" type of deal from the Dolphins. Teams clearly saw him as an ascending talent, with great blitzing ability that went underutilized last year. On the bright side the contract will only add to the compensatory draft pick formula.
