So what are your lunches and breakfast like?

This is actually my lunches for work. I know it looks heavy for lunch but I get up at 3:45am to get ready for work and take care of pets. I start work at 5:30am. I just have a little something for breakfast like cashew clusters which are cashews almonds and pumpkin seeds that are glazed in honey, from costco. Then by noon I am quite hungry as I have been working for 6.5 hrs. I meal prep dinners on Sunday for the week also. Can’t remember what I had the week of this meal prep but normally its something like spaghetti or tacos or meatloaf or cream of potato soup, all home made stuff. Very rarely buy pre-made stuff. I enjoy cooking. Just too tired to do it after work. I usually work until 4 or 5.
