1. And the Republican party’s deregulation of markets that allow for monopolies

  2. Rent control, actual public housing (not just vouchers), changes to zoning laws so different types of housing can be built, literally anything. I’ve got a full time job in the metro Detroit area and it’s impossible to find decent housing for less than $1000 a month

  3. He COULD be, but he’s a big body receiver who struggles to separate with speed/pacing of routes and those archetype of player struggle when they get to the league

  4. So you agree then he could be.

  5. Anyone can be picked in the first, it doesn’t mean they’re worth the pick though

  6. I don’t fuck with republicans primaries. I just vote in the Democratic one, even if there’s an incumbent running

  7. I understand the need for a WR3, but I’m not that high on Coleman and I think drafting another WR in the first would be a waste. Especially when there is some depth in the class where you can find guys on day 2/early day 3

  8. Yes! Bluesky Social is now open to everyone. You don't need an invitation anymore.

  9. Me too! I'm leaving Quora because of all the trolling. Bluesky has none of it.

  10. Honest to god I’m trying to move over to Bluesky more, the only thing that keeps me using Twitter is because I have a group chat there with some friends from around the country and we haven’t figured out where to move our chat 😂

  11. It is such a strange thing to see. I don’t understand how republicans are constantly polled as being “better on the economy” when republican/trickle down economics is essentially the core of so many of the economic issues that working class people face

  12. There’s been deep pockets, but I’ve read at a few places that the donors weren’t directed to NIL under Gene until recently because Gene wanted to keep donations coming to the athletic department and now those donors are pointing their money to the collectives

  13. Absolutely, you’re probably gonna lose DB anyway so might as well set up a heavy weight QB battle in 2025

  14. Gotta love how the boosters/NIL collectives activated like Russian sleeper agents as soon as Harbaugh got his hands on a trophy

  15. I largely agree with you and think the economy is far better with democratic/liberal policies than it is with conservative policies, but I think just blindly yelling “the economy is really good!!” While people are still struggling is probably a bad idea. I’ll use myself for example, I work full time and still struggle from paycheck to paycheck. I think a great way to go about economic messaging is to point out how liberal policies benefit people and how continuing a liberal government can put us on a track to ease people’s pains while acknowledging that these pains exist and real work needs to be done to fix it

  16. My first memory was 2008, and my grandpa scaring his dog when Beanie broke free for a long TD run

  17. Disagree with quality, BIG TIME agree on sizing. Of all the homefield stuff I order I think I’ve really only had maybe 2 or 3 shorts that fit properly. Most of the time the hoodies/sweaters are fine but shirts are super hit or miss

  18. I think my only apprehension is that even when Day shows new stuff that seems to fit the offense better, he scraps it and goes back to what’s comfortable in big games

  19. Tyleik Williams and Denzel Burke, what dogs on that defense

  20. Penn state, I think they may have one of, if not the best defense in the country and they can give our OL hell. King is an awesome corner as well, I don’t know a lot about the rest of the secondary but it might not matter if we can’t pass protect. I think their OL isn’t as good as it was expected to be but Olu is still one of the best tackles in the country. They have zero receivers that make me nervous but I think they still have a good run game, and when you’ve got a stud at qb you can overcome some issues at WR.

  21. Denzel Burke from OSU has been playing great this year and I think might be there towards the end of Rd1. Johnny Newton from Illinois is a freak and I’d love to put him right in the middle next to Alim, but I don’t think he’ll be there in the latter portion of the round. JTT from OSU is an interesting player, especially opposite a great pass rusher in Hutch. JTT doesn’t bring a lot as a pass rusher, but he’s great in run defense and a super intelligent player that uses his hands to seat down passes and screens (see: PSU 2022). Tyliek Williams from OSU is another guy who’s stock seems to be rising as an IDL, really athletic dude on the inside. Bralen Trice from UW is a super athletic end who would fit nicely.

  22. I’m firmly in the camp that polls shouldn’t even be conducted until a few weeks into the season. I don’t mind them being moved down, especially with FSU coming up after the big win on Sunday
