1. Get yourself as organised as best you can, or ask someone you trust to help you with that

  2. Good step is to not do this stuff on reddit. Enjoy life, it will happen. Or maybe you want attention I dunno

  3. Find a purpose. Charity or volunteer work to keep your mind busy and keep you humble

  4. If you don't tell people you are OK then how can you can't expect others to know any different
