I don't see how they are tangentially related though. Creating money, as you suggest, lowers the interest rate, puts more money into competition for the same goods, and gives the government more money to pay back or generate new debt.
From the perspective of individual investors and their grocery bills, M2 is the not the important measure though. Here is the important measure of money supply:

Thus, the cost of interest alone will continue to rise, we will continue to borrow, and therefore either see a debt default or continue to screw everybody by printing money to pay the interest 2) an insistence on raising taxes on everything productive, thus fucking everyone from retiring investors to workers to entrepreneurs. Expect a salary depressing continuation of the "you didn't build that" punish the successful mentality.
I am an “older” aerospace engineer and your comment is a huge part of the continued problem female engineers battle. I can look at a MasterCam drawing with no dimensions and tell you what tolerances will work, manually clock a cnc machine, tell by the sound of the mori-seiki if the bit is getting ready to melt, tell you the tooling won’t reach without pulling up the mastercam, etc. If I’m standing in front of a group of male engineers and pointing out a problem, it’s because it’s a problem. I don’t just render drawings, I can program nearly any cnc lathe/mill machine. Knowing what I know and for how long I’ve been doing this, having a man stand in front of me dismiss my contribution and say something like “if your tits were bigger I wouldn’t be able to hear you” (actual quote from a male engineer) that is because I’m a woman. So, get out of here with your it’s not this but that bs.
The whole age gap bullshit is nothing more, at all, than 30+ yr old girl bosses finding that when they finally decide to get married they have to compete with the 23 year old version of themselves. They can't do it.
Maybe the laws do need to be overhauled. But the sex wage gap narrative is a complete fraud. Profession by profession and time-in-grade adjusted, women do just as well as men.
