Just watched the video. He doubled down on his support for Roe being overturned, thanks the conservative justices for doing it, and thanks Alabama for their recent IVF stance to allow it. Also says that democrats want to allow abortion past 40 weeks so they can “execute” the baby - “they are executioners.” Tells everyone to “follow their heart” on this issue.
This article nails it. The Trump cases have brought the forefront of judicial disparity between the haves and the have-nots right in our faces. Don’t like the outcome of your civil case? No problem. Just appeal 5,000 times because you have endless $$ to pay for it (or in Trumps case, endless money from other people to pay for it.) Don’t want to face your criminal trial(s)? No problem. Use the media and expensive defense lawyers to distort the truth so that the trials can get delayed indefinitely. Maybe even ask the SC to weigh in.
This type of debt relief teaches young people a valuable life lesson: The government is always going to be there to save you from yourself and your bad decisions. That's its job.
