1. Doesn't look like it from what I see, looks like a type of rye or bluegrass

  2. Would it grow faster and be a different shade than the other grass in my lawn? It’s like a weird bright yellow/green in comparison..

  3. Well nutsedge would be about that color but the blades are much thinner, are you in the Midwest? South?

  4. I have to say I’m not a fan of the Infinity line. I read reviews saying it was a good replacement to Rio Gold so I picked it up. The taper is just too long for me. I picked up Creek Trout not long after that and I’m happy I did. Hoping you like the Infinity line and slay it in the Driftless. Cheers.

  5. The trout was extremely appealing, but I felt like I couldn’t bomb casts out there with it.. we’ll see how it goes.. as long as the line doesn’t have 75,000 cracks after a month I’ll be happy.

  6. Common in urban fisheries where highway runoff affects the stream. It’s not the brand

  7. I doubt that... I've fished other brands 10X as long and I don't fish near highways...

  8. Do they have a great warranty? I mean, I feel like the tip can break on any rod…

  9. I’d make it a habit to bring two or three rods. Especially if it’s a destination

  10. The moment it happened I promised myself I'd never go somewhere without a backup rod in the vehicle again..

  11. looks like the perfect set up! what kind of rod is that?

  12. I used a 9’6 tackle industries pro blank and Fuji components, currently working on building another more colorful one with the same stuff.

  13. gotcha, I started out last year with a 7'6" MH rod fishing from a kayak... ended the year with a 16 foot boat.. 8 muskies later and I think I need a longer rod considering the upgrade. Assuming the custom rod route costs more money, correct?

  14. respectfully held up by his lip, just how we like it.

  15. IMO way less editing than that would go a long way... these (originals) look like moody/gloomy horse photos, and that edit tried to totally flip the script.. I don't think they're bad shots, you just need to get the horses to stand out from the background, in a less aggressive way..

  16. Au Cheval overrated, go to Top Notch instead

  17. Maybe, but I promise I’m going to find out for myself

  18. I'm kind of cringing when I see you shooting right over your dogs head. :(

  19. Promise it’s mostly due to the wide angle on the camera, probably not within 10 feet of the dog on any shot.

  20. You can use a referral code on top of the 30% + 5%. I can send you my code if you want

  21. okay, the image should be there now.. I'm having second thoughts about the lovesoft so I might be going back to the store to sit on the options once again.. Seems a bit psychotic, but for 5K I've gotta be sure we make the right call.

  22. I've got the 2016. My father in law and his brother have a 2017 and 2015 respectively. They used to comment on how much brighter my headlights are than theirs. I raised their headlights and no more complaints. First thing I did to mine when I got it.

  23. interesting, and absolutely will give it a shot!

  24. Not to sound inconsiderate, but I want to be that asshole that you think has his brights on when he doesn't.. I probably see upwards of 20 deer each time I drive so these could truly be a lifesaver.

  25. Probably yes? Might be on the short side, but I think most often people overestimate their skiing ability so a shorter ski might not be the worst. Then again skis are typically something you only buy once every handful of years so a longer ski might be something you could progress into...

  26. Love has absolutely zero concern about throwing up 50/50 balls when his guys have 1 on 1 (and sometimes 2 or 3 on 1 coverage).. I kind of love it. He's like Aaron with a little Favre mixed in.

  27. I shoot primarily stills with GoPro: edit everything in Lightroom Classic (computer) or Lightroom mobile (phone).

  28. Why would you use a GoPro to shoot stills? Just curious! Not trying to be rude, I just can't imagine any cell phone out there having a worse camera.

  29. Tinfoil hat time: the bicycle rides don’t help during he off season. Yea it’s cute and shit, but grown men riding a child’s bike and then proceeding to go practice cannot be good for your muscles/joints

  30. It's basically dynamic stretching prior to training.. literally exactly what you'd want your athletes doing.. I cannot imagine a world where there's a correlation between tiny bikes and injuries.

  31. I went from doubting Carlson to now having faith he'll make it every single time he kicks it.

  32. All I can say is that I've been using a Samsung EVO Pro SD card in my Hero11 and never had any issues. I've also seen lots of complaints about SanDisk cards. Maybe trying the same brand 3 times in a row with the same results isn't the best approach... I'd try a different SD brand, go through all the proper steps from the ground up (full formatting + a manual GoPro FW update to be safe) and see how it goes.

  33. Get the older processor (M1 pro/M1 Max) but higher RAM, the performance difference is not that significant, but surely one could use more ram

  34. THIS is an idea I haven't even thought about... It looks like I could get an M1 Max with 2TB SSD and 64GB of RAM for about $2,600... slightly outside the price range, but likely much much better than the original plan.. If I can find something in the middle I'll be set.

  35. In some cases 16GB is sufficient and others it's not. In my experience if you are editing videos professionally you will likely need 32GB, for a casual personal editor 16GB should be fine.

  36. Just used to edit hunting videos for YouTube, I just can't handle watching it buffer constantly... AND I need to get this purchase in before my kid is born in Feb because I'm sure the $$$ will be drying up!

  37. I can't imagine the answer is no... and if it's within the budget, why not? Never been upset after putting on new fly line.
