1. Talks like one by saying she’s living the American dream. If you had to put together a casting video, and had to pick out attention grabbing stories from your life experience, you might choose being a second generation immigrant as one of those things, and in confessionals, producers, knowing that about you, might ask you to comment on it.

  2. I mean, Sean didn't get to go back to his husband regardless haha premergers go to Ponderosa until mergatory is over. Sean quit imo because Probst asked him the "what has this journey been about" question and Sean took it to mean he was going home. It was like "you can't fire me I quit"

  3. I’m saying you can’t judge someone solely by their demographics, and if the only words that they say are ‘I’m living the American dream’ when you’re on a TV show where you’re trying to show your story. Is a ridiculous way to try and grasp which way their political beliefs fall.

  4. You're not reading what people are saying as no one is judging anyone based 'solely' on anything but on a combination of 3-4 different items which all point to Dee seeming republican.

  5. Formula One is probably my favorite and Cody’s Only, Maura, Fate Is, Burned Down Dairy Queen probably round out my top 5.

  6. I think all of them are underrated except the third one (haven't listened to pd yet)

  7. Quite an amazing setlist. So many deep cuts. Bad encore though. And why is it so hard to read?

  8. Aw, Sznz is a really fun project. Spring is weak but the other 3 are all pretty strong and Iambic Pentameter, I Want a Dog, Records, Run Raven Run, Francesca are all instant classics imo.

  9. Beverly Hills. Because it's a play on the Undone Song, making Beverly Hills an autobiographical account of Weezer getting popular.

  10. Rivers has said this song is him telling the story of what it was like being famous after their first big hit. This is why there's a lot of similarities between the riffs of both songs. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Beverly Hills is in G where as Undone is in F#.

  11. That doesn’t have anything to do with what I said, nor does it contradict it. Nobody said he owns her body. A marriage, typically, is monogamous, and there’s no indication that Walt’s and Skyler’s relationship was anything but a “traditional” monogamous relationship. Of course he doesn’t own her or her body, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t cheating if she sleeps with somebody other than her current husband without his consent. I’m not team Skyler or team Walt, but let’s not pretend that it’s anything other than exactly what it is.

  12. Marriages are typically monogamous. Separations typically involve the severing of that commitment. When Skyler served him divorce papers and kicked him out of the house, they were then separated, i.e. there is no such thing as cheating at that point.

  13. Actually, that was her intent when she cheated on Walt, but she straight-up tells her lawyer “Walt says he’s not going anywhere, so that was a brilliant gambit on my part.”

  14. None of what you just said contradicts what I said. They were separated, maybe they'll reconcile or maybe they won't but regardless her sleeping with Ted while they're separated is not "cheating".

  15. You're on a Lost messageboard 15 ish years after it finished, of course the vast majority of people on here are going to say it does, come on now.

  16. At least once she followed and immediately got taken hostage and used against Jack as a bargaining chip. Can't remember exact specifics of that scenario.. but I know it didn't help matters.

  17. Ha yea that's the one example people mention and what actually happens there is the Others have Jack Locke and Sawyer surrounded like 30v3 and Jack is going to get everyone killed by refusing to drop his gun. Kate being captured there saves all of their lives because it gets Jack to give up and go home. Nothing was lost there by Kate being captured aside from Jack not getting to die in a blaze of glory.

  18. Nah, we watching 2 different shows. Jack was wrong about almost everything. And they even made a point of that in the show. He reacted on emotion. Sawyer even says that in the show. He was wrong a lot, but being a leader isn’t about always being correct.

  19. I was going based off of the fact I have PF Black and Raditude in B tier

  20. Ooh yeah Raditude definitely should be much lower but Black is underrated for sure tbh

  21. Average breaking bad fan finding meaning in everything

  22. this is like the least deep read of the episode tbh, Walt looking like and being the fly is basic obvious stuff

  23. if she wasn't an evil racist she'd def be like a 3 time player by now at least

  24. (Claire did love astrology in the show, she aptly predicts that Kate is a gemuhneye)

  25. True, but Jacob had to find someone to succeed him and kill MiB for the sake of humanity. MiB spent his life murdering and manipulating people and ultimately tried to end humanity and the world.

  26. You're being pretty disingenuous and omitting quite a bit of relevant context with your "objective facts".

  27. Same as Eko. The actors just wanted to fuck off of the show, so ¯\(ツ)/¯

  28. the question wasnt to ask if they should worry, its about how to remove the stains... can you even read?

  29. I breathed a sigh of relief when I was on date 3 or so with my now fiancé, we were chatting about Breaking Bad, and he started sympathizing with Skylar and said he liked her character’s development.

  30. Oh yeah would be red flag deal breaker for me if a potential partner was a Skyler hater

  31. the legacy people literally do have recourse tho because they can rat to get lighter sentences

  32. Well the legacy costs were negotiated under Gus Fring. Gus made way more money than Walt. While the legacy pay was ~20% of Walt’s profit, it was probably closer to .01% of Gus Fring’s profit.

  33. Yeah and once you see BCS you understand much more how important it is for Mike to keep the Legacy payments going

  34. VG has confirmed he was gonna kill Jesse before he saw the state he was in

  35. Did you… did you miss the part where I mentioned the school?! Is not screwing a small generation of Arlen out of good sexual health education is making life better? How?

  36. ... what? How do you blame Penny for the Arlen kids not getting Sex Ed? She agreed to teach it when no one else wanted to, she studied despite being deeply uncomfortable, she worked through her hang-ups to be able to say the words.

  37. Is that not the episode where Mihn, Peggy and Nancy are all competing and the religious nuts end up winning ? That’s the one I’m talking about

  38. ah different episode, that's the one where they're trying to save the afterschool program. Feel like that one is kind of equal parts Minh, Peggy and Nancy to blame tbh

  39. He was awful on that show. As a huge Dan fan, I was shocked how bad he was.

  40. He certainly made mistakes but they mostly flowed from everyone knowing he would likely be chosen as a traitor

  41. My theory is that the short time frame just doesn’t work for his game. He needs time to really sink his teeth into people and earn their trust.

  42. I mean also everyone there knew there was a 50+% chance he would be chosen as a traitor and his actions flowed from that

  43. I can't find video of it online. Go watch the scene. He clearly starts having sex with her. It's the final scene of the episode.

  44. No it isn’t…. She just said she can’t keep him out of her bed. I highly doubt they were sexing eachother during this time period.

  45. Fwiw he is correct and they initially filmed him coercing her into a handjob to make it clearer before toning down the aired version.

  46. nah there's a guy commenting that emma only won because of her boobs on like every comment about Poor Things

  47. She should have gone for Supporting Actress, would have been more competitive there
