1. The kids just cannot die or be hurt. That's literally it.

  2. High On Life had a hilarious joke about this in the game. There is a character who claims to be a kid and taunts the player saying that you can't kill him cause he's a child in a video game and that's not allowed. I still pulled the trigger though.

  3. All you have to do is imagine your 14 year old daughter texting a 30 year old man about "boy stuff". So many red flags. X pedo arc?

  4. Yeah like I sort of get what X is saying. A friendly relationship between 2 celebs, one 30 and one 14 isn't inherently weird or wrong, but it is really hard to imagine how this relationship started without it being creepy. If they both worked on the same film together? Sure then it would make sense. But for a musician and young actress who have never collabed to be "friends" and "DMing" about "boy stuff" like... come on... it's fucking weird at best.

  5. It is inherently weird. Would you let your 14 year old daughter text a non-familial 30 year old man?

  6. Regardless how you feel about him he is definitely a handsome dude

  7. Closer to $4 a can at the gas station

  8. If he's drinking this much I'd hope he's buying them in bulk lol. I've bought 24 packs of these on amazon before for pretty cheap

  9. I agree that the art-style doesn't need to be talked about. It should (and does) speak for itself. I would do 0-1 sentences about your art style in the trailer. I am a picky gamer who only (really) cares about gameplay, so I hate when trailers try to sell me on other stuff. Idc how good your game looks, or how cool your story is or whatever, I wanna know if your game is fun or not. That is all that matters (to me). I don't mind it being mentioned briefly because I appreciate every aspect of games, but whether or not I buy your game is coming down to if I think it looks fun or not. Show more gameplay, the combat and movement looked good and flashy. Show off all the cool stuff you can do and fight. Don't worry, your art isn't going unnoticed!

  10. I'm ngl I loved learning naming conventions in college and I've mostly forgotten them now. This was a fun reminder exercise!

  11. holy shit, all of them apparently. You are hot af.

  12. You fucks are impossible to please. There are already like 6 versions of wow. Pretty much no other game has even 2 running versions. They can't/won't please you all, holy shit.

  13. Yeah, coming home he was more scared to tell you that he lost his job than anyone else. Scared to disappoint you. You definitely reinforced his fears lol. Need to work on that habit of immediately thinking of yourself in a moment like this. Important that you at least recognize your mistake though.

  14. The oxygen is only in our lungs for a moment before we exhale. In that time, O2 has to bind to hemoglobin, and there is only so much hemoglobin available at a time. If you could exhale CO2 only and keep the O2 in our lungs, eventually we would go through it all. But it's just a matter of time. It's simply not in our lungs long enough for us to absorb it all.

  15. TE, thins hair by 30% diffusely. On thick hair areas it’s far more noticeable. Facial hair after 2 days of growth is obvious.

  16. Interesting how it hasn't affected your eyebrows, is that normal?

  17. Kind of a bummer that an army of farming villagers can plow way faster than an ox-assisted plow can. I really like using the animals for plow but its not efficient. When an Ox is plowing, no one else can do anything to the field, whereas with hand plowing there is seemingly no cap to the amount of people that can come help. However I sometimes get a little bug where my fields start plowing themselves and I love when that happens haha.

  18. That instant rapid plow happened on my first play through right after I grabbed the ox plow perk. I just assumed the perk was OP haha. Only seen it happen on that city, but always when it came time to plow. I may revisit that save and try to discern what triggered it. I recall it was the center starting region, 4-5 fields mostly rectangular w/ slightly curved edges, and the most pleasant bug I've ever encountered.

  19. I'm not sure how exactly to trigger it either but I feel like it happens on assigning a new family to plow in the right part of the season, and maybe the ox needs to be unused at the moment. I swear when it happens it always happens just after assignment.

  20. Wasn't supposed to be one... I was more trying to give the sense that you don't know who put the text up there and whether you should trust it... but I see your point, I will reduce it.

  21. The text was immersion-breaking for me. Seemed like a tutorial. Crawl? Like no shit? really? I can figure that much out on my own. I can't imagine a scenario in which text on the walls like that would be realistic and not from a video game. Having a sign for enter is one thing, but once in the vent there is only one way to go. I don't need more help understanding I need to go in the singular direction I have available. You gotta trust the player more and keep immersion in mind, especially in a horror game.

  22. The game does not work perfectly. My friends and I have never been able to party up cross platform. My PC group has to play with PC, and PS5 with PS5. No matter the combination of people, even 1 to 1, our groups can't party up

  23. That's weird, I haven't played this game since like March but I used to play with my PS5 friends all the time while on my PC

  24. In addition to other comments, it really bugs me how close the attacker is keeping his arm/sword to his body while swinging. I would expect him to swing and use the max range possible, but the character is not extending his arms out/using the length of his arms at all. make the character reach out more and extend his arms when attacking. An then as others have said, the angle seems all wrong. Swinging from the hip and totally sideways. I would expect a top-to-bottom motion in addition to the side swing. If you are committed to having the swing be perfectly horizontal, it should be moved up to swing across the characters chest whereas right now he is swinging across his waist which just looks weird.

  25. That checks out. Bless our medical professionals but I've heard more stories from family members working in healthcare about unfathomably stupid nurses than I can count...

  26. I work in the chemistry department at a small local college. Most of our students are nursing majors (big thing here) and holy shit the things our profs have to do to get these kids to pass... they can't even do basic unit conversion. It frightens me lol. And we are such a small school that makes no money, they basically have to pass the kids cause they need every single enrollment they get. Classes here are 10x more dumbed down than my college experience and nursing students here are still failing chem 100 and 101. Its completely fucked.

  27. Exactly. We even had a meeting recently because apparently the nursing students further on in our program are not able to do unit conversion or dilutions correctly. So we may need to emphasize it more in our curriculum. I personally don't think it will matter, I honestly think the kids that come here are stupid and the profs are extremely easy on everyone because we literally have to fight to keep the department alive (yes, the chemistry department at a real school has to fight for their existence on campus). That may sound harsh calling an entire program of students stupid, and there are definitely exceptions, but I've seen the exams, I know what labs they do, and there is just no excuse. On top of that it's a private school that costs 5x as much as the state schools with about 1/100th of the facilities and staff that those public schools offer. The education here is shit by comparison and so is the campus. I genuinely have no idea why any student chooses to spend $50k+ to go to a glorified high school with next to no scientific facilities/equipment/staff. My only conclusion is that they are stupid which is validated by their performance here. This is the most depressing place I've ever been a part of. Our state schools are great too, I live in fucking Maryland for god's sake.

  28. I think if your beard followed your jawline it would look better so yeah, trim it down imo. You'll look 10 years younger too

  29. Yeah I noticed everyone said they like it the way it is. I don't think there is anything wrong with how it is in this pic, but it would be worth a try trimming it. Beards grow back pretty quick. If you're curious enough to post on reddit, I would try it out!

  30. yeah, looks dope imo. It's all about confidence anyway. You're a good-looking dude, you go out rocking this with confidence no one will say a thing, in fact people will probably be jealous of how cool you are

  31. Yes trading is strong, now imagine you did all that with trade routes only costing 25 coin and no import tariff. Those 2 perks are just so out of line with “make bread in your house locking an artisan permanently but getting extra bread”

  32. yeah they are 100% OP, not arguing that. I just thought there were ppl out there saying that WITHOUT the perk the game is too hard, which I would disagree. But yeah, saving up for expensive trade routes was actually an exciting milestone to hit for me, getting literally all of them for 25g seems ridiculously easy.

  33. He made sure he turned the board 600 times too for extra flair.

  34. This part was bothering me the most lol. It made it look like he didn't know what he was doing or how he wanted to approach the next cut.

  35. Basic visual mods that just reskin something can be knocked out in a few hours. Mods that significantly adjust overall visual quality or change gameplay will take longer.

  36. probably even less, I'm assuming they can just swap out the character model with another one that's already been made like Geralt or Shrek. Not sure how the locomotion animation transfers over but I wouldn't be surprised if its automatic.
