I did have her try launching some stuff with the SD removed and downloads are significantly faster as well. I suspect her SD Is dying at this point so I will move important stuff to system memory like Pokemon Scarlet and ACNH and make sure those are off SD and then back up the contents.
Yeah I did a little digging and found this was the case. Given the behavior was a huge improvement after removing the SD card, I'm going to back up the data, run error/health checks on it, and if I need to, just replace it.
I am absolutely loving all the salt from Kings fans saying the refs gifted us a soft call that cost them the game, as if they didn't let a bunch of other shit go that easily could have been called (eg Doughty's interference on McDavid, Ekholm getting high sticked, Vinny's stick getting chopped out of his hands in the last minute), and gave them a relatively soft make up call later on too. The refs swallowing their whistles gave the Kings an advantage that they completely failed to capitalize on.

BT11 metalete stinks. It's fun when it pops off, but Metalete from EX5 is just too good, and KingEtemon helps us win some MUs because of the bounce protection.

Double typhoon is coming out. Leomon and insects and rosemon are all playable decks now. Rapidmon and insecticids are the top two decks for bt16 in Japan currently so you can assume they will be strong here. Bloom just got quantumon so I’m sure there are people wanting to build that right now too. I think dirabbitmon got support in bt15 too
Really liking the QoL changes as well as the second route. It's a shame that owners of the original version won't have the option to upgrade it at a lower price, but that's simply more motivation to just buy it on another platform (for me, the PS5).
Beelze is still solid. Just give the deck a blast mode Ace and they'll be sitting pretty again. The advance deck did wonders for them even with the hit to Impmon.
Two really solid games. I enjoyed my time in Grounded a lot. They also deserve a shout-out for their approach to cloud-based world hosting. It makes multiplayer a lot more smooth.
I am likely in the minority—and I am at peace with that—but with each passing month I feel like buying my PS5 two years ago wasn’t really worth it. I genuinely only use it as an entertainment platform now, a function that could have been done by a much cheaper Roku, as apart from Cyberpunk 2077 (only after it had the full patch fixes, I might add) I haven’t really been interested in anything released on it. Almost none of the titles to date really feel like they require the PS5’s specs, with most just looking like PS4 Pro graphics and game systems. It’s hard to look at offerings and feel that they justify the cost of the upgrade.
my LGS had trainings for dirt cheap, like 3-4 bucks a pop. That paid off big time given those are almost impossible to find or get scooped immediately on buy/sell groups.

Definitely a bit high, but this game is pretty stacked with content, as that's been one of the series' whole things.
