Instead of playing video games or whatever, you'll need to be repeating these dialogues to yourself or listening to recordings of you saying these dialogues or whatever. Sounds boring, but there are no guaranteed ways to memorize long texts. Not ones that work for everyone. Maybe you'll eventually find something that works for you.

Makes sense! I have a good Hausarzt and haven't had to wait more than 24 hours for (semi)urgent things. Some people might not be so lucky.
