1. Back when I was going to college in Denver I used to go out during snowstorms and just wander around down town. The weather is miserable but having the streets basically to my self was really nice.

  2. That means that there are no real time meetings for the course. It's not self paced, however, and you'll still have to meet assignment deadlines.

  3. In my left ear: Rosetta Stoned. In my right ear, Third Eye (both by Tool)

  4. They tend to say "optional" for two reasons: so that tye can pretend to respect your boundaries, and for the extra gratification of seeing you "choose" to come.

  5. So, I can't speak too heavily on this as I'm not a member of the cons off season crew, however, getting into cons (even during the off season) can be fairly competitive, so the best thing you can do is file an application as soon as it opens.

  6. When people call themselves an alpha, what they usually mean is that they are incredibly insecure men who are typically the loudest In the room and very comfortable being assholes

  7. Borg hit funny man with ax but funny man only complain louder and not die. What now?

  8. Gug (you Gug) get big rock, then hit with little Rock until big rock gets sharp. Then hit tree with sharp rock

  9. Men can't get pregnant? Put me and early 90s Leonardo DiCapprio alone in a room together and I'll have you proven wrong in about 15 minutes.

  10. He can't see the view from halfway down until he's halfway down. Is OP stupid?!?

  11. When you're up you're up, and when you're down, and when you're only halfway up your neither up or down. But yes, I am stupid.

  12. The overt awfulness of Bojack in this episode is what really cemented for me just what an incredible show this is. Like every time I kept thinking no way they're actually gonna take it there, they did. And this was pretty much the ultimate example of that. Like wow, they really let their ostensible protagonist just do something that is pretty much unforgivable, and yet they're still gonna keep working his redemption arc and relying on us as an audience finding him at least somewhat redeemable throughout all of that. And it worked. We don't want it to work but it still does. And that's just fucking genius and courageous storytelling.

  13. What really struck out to me during my first watch is how much this night demonstrates Bojack's lack of social and self awareness. He hyperfixated on the thing with Penny, however, it wasn't really the worst thing he did that night between buying an underage girl liquor, bullying her into drinking it, ignoring clear signs that she had too much, then leaving her boyfriend alone at the hospital. If Charlote hadn't walked in on them and threatened to kill him, he probably wouldn't have felt any shame.

  14. I honestly don't get why people say he bullied the girl to drink. She chose to drink, just unfortunately Bojack supplied it. I think both actions are f**** up.

  15. I agree with you, but I'm mostly going off of what Pete Repeat says to Hollyhock. Bojack also insults Maddy ("vodka redbull? What are you, 12?") Before buying the bourbon so it's a little up in the air to me.
