Go to settings and input the smallest wheel size on the menu. The bike will think it's going slower than it actually is and not trigger the cutoff

I have a similar bike and I noticed your derailer guard is on the wrong angle(not side, sorry)...what is it protecting? Did you assemble bike yourself? Regardless check all your bolts to make sure nothing is stripped because cheap Chinese ebike. My front caliper one was dangerously hanging on.

Lmao what. Nah the manual just says that this bike is not meant to have water or nothing and it says it very clearly so I didn’t know if this thing would just get destroyed from a bit of water splashing on the motor

Our Max speed is set to 20 mph as we found it to be the best top speed that doesn't waste range. You can reach 20 mph on throttle only and exceed it with pedaling but the motor does not go past 20 mph.

I had a fwd kit with a 350w motor. It could be coded to go over 20. The power tapered off with speed, but at least it didn’t feel like riding into a sand pit.
