If you press ctrl+shift+escape it brings up task manager. You should be able to look on the top bar, and click performance. Then you should be able to click on the individual tabs to see what you have. Click "GPU" and say what you have, because your gpu isn't listed right now and what gpu you have is what makes most games run worse/better
