The oil has solidified to "jelly" because it is cold, oil is typically stored at room temperature, that doesn't mean it has gone bad. In future, the salty brine it came in is meant to preserve (like pickles in the fridge) so there is no need to use oil, just transfer to a jar with the brine for fridge storage.
Oh, is that all? Thank you! Only reason I used olive oil was because I'd had other olives in the past which came in oil and didn't solidify in the fridge, but I never thought to check what kind of oil it was. DOH! Thanks so much
I did a secondary PGCE because I dreamed of being a teacher and the reason I didn't pursue teaching once I finished the course was the behaviour. I did it when I was 21/22 and did not expect things to have changed so much since I was in school but they really had. Loved the teaching aspect - if you had a well-behaved class it was really enjoyable and fulfilling - but I didn't enjoy it enough to continue that career path.
Regarding how busy it is and crowds, have a look for Disneyland Paris crowd calendars on Google, there's a few different ones available, and they give a good idea of what sort of crowds to expect and what capacity was like during previous times (so you could check December last year for example to see how busy it was then). I'm not sure how accurate they are, but they helped us plan our trip and gave us a rough guide of what to expect.

I expect it means that you need to give card details upfront and if you don’t arrive by 6pm you’ll be charged regardless… but as above I would ask directly with the hotel for more clarity.
For Disney Studios, definitely Crush's Coaster. The queues for that get massive and it doesn't really have a quiet time during the rest of the day, in my experience.

I was sat on the Front cart, on the second row. I prefer to be on the back when trying out a new rollercoaster so it may have caught me of guard.
That actually rings a bell, thinking about it. Was the audio crackly and cutting in and out, too?
Do some research about where you can get birthday freebies, it can be good fun hunting them out and you usually find some nice treats.

Olive Oil solidifies at refrigerator temperature. Bring them up to room temperature and they will be fine.
