1. Hmmm. I'm concerned that if you don't have time for "people," then how can you obey the 2nd greatest command that Jesus taught us? To love our brethren as ourselves? It's kind of like saying, "I don't have time for you. I only have time for myself." And if we do that, then it would seem that it is like burying our talents. And you can have many talents (learning the word) and still have them buried (not sharing what you have learned), in this case. That's no bueno. [I can look up the buried talents verse if you need me to. I have a tendancy to think most Christians would know certain/widely-taught verses that are mentioned in my statements.]

  2. I definitely agree, we should definitely restrain more and more from the media and entertainment to focus more on God and I also agree about sexual immorality, I personally could see cheating once as a bad decision due to a lack of self-control that could be forgiven, but totally up to the couple whether or not it's divorce worthy, but if a person practices cheating and has no restraint I believe a divorce should happen to prevent further damage to the spouse and truthfully if a person is practicing cheating he/she is not Godly at all. I believe the true test of a person's character should be before marriage even though some people begin to change after commitment I just think we should be careful with who we decide to commit to and also be wise about it.

  3. Yes. You brighten my day also, brother. And I definitely agree with pretty much everything you said. And that's rare πŸ™‚.

  4. Yes. "Small talk" often irks me, lol. Let our words be wise and glorifying God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

  5. Amen, and the same prayer for us all ❀️

  6. I had intended to leave this alone after sharing my thoughts on the matter, since it is not really my intention to fight the trinity belief, but to plant food for thought. But then, God had a word about it, it would seem. I believe He directed me to share this simile with you as a reminder to all who read this post as well... and to really "think" about what Jesus was saying here:

  7. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, Matthew 28:19

  8. Oh, and I also deeply believe that when people stop casting God away in trade for only His Son, they will begin to prophecy more... to hear God more, and to truly know Jesus better as well. For Jesus did not aim to take God's place. He is our beloved brother Messiah and Rabbi/teacher. But I think people fear God so much, that they seek to know only Jesus and forget how loving God has always been. And that His wraths are for the wicked, and His kindnesses are for those truly loving Him... "and" His beloved Son... not "only" Jesus... but both.

  9. Wonderful post! I would only add... that people who spend much time "preaching," even if they are correct, but spend little time "doing," the will of God, could be spinning their wheels only to get nowhere. For instance,

  10. Thank you for your insight sister. Keep on fighting the good fight.

  11. Just popping in to check a few things fairly quickly, I hope. Another lovely post from you. Except, I would say that humbleness and humility are crucially important, as per many many scriptures. But that humbleness and humility is to be given to God, first and foremost. Mankind sometimes needs to be humbled by His servants. And yet, we must know when *we" are being humbled by one of God's servants as well.

  12. I should have expanded upon that. The humbleness and humility I referred to that wasn't necessary was to get on your knees and put your face on the floor when praying. Many of His children cannot do that for health reasons, so I didn't want them to think it was necessary when praying. But because he blessed me with the ability to do so, it's absolutely necessary for me.

  13. Oh great explanation! Yes, I've fallen victim of "thinking" something, and not mentioning it, and leaving people a bit confused. It happens. 😁

  14. I love this reminder that we need workers... and "prayer" for workers. And I agree that many churches (if not nearly all the churches) are teaching false doctrine in at least one area or more.

  15. They are "one" in the sense that man and wife shall become "one" flesh.

  16. Actually, there are OT verses that say that a man should "not" round the corners of his hair and whatnot. Cutting of the hair seemed to be only allowed for certain things like in the case of a leper I think it was, and maybe some priesthood ceremonies. I'd have to go back and look it up. And as I understand it, for obeying these commands by God, this is one reason why Samson had such great strength. I hate to say it, but Paul said a few things that seem to go against both OT commands, and the words of Jesus. Myself, I prefer to listen to God and the Son of God first, before men. And yet, there are many things that Paul said that seem remarkable. I feel, when it comes to the words of men, we just have to use discernment to see if those words correlate to the word of God through the prophets that have been proven via prophecy fulfillment. And if they correlate to the words of Jesus, sent by God the Father. I don't recall seeing any prophecy by Paul that wasn't simply reiterated from the OT prophecies, but if anyone can show me differently, I'd be willing to listen.

  17. I agree. This was a good post by you. Honestly, I'm not sure I have many words of encouragement here, since the gay pride stuff is allowed in many churches. However, not all churches condone gay pride. It's one thing to be a sinner. It's another thing entirely to boast the sin and encourage it in others. We wouldn't expect to see a murderers' pride parade or a thieves pride parade, so I am not a fan of gay pride parades either.

  18. God bless you for making these videos that can help people who are feeling alone in their walk wtih God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

  19. No, you're perfectly fine and every word you said I agree with 100% you really listened to me that alone warms my heart so much. You seem to be very loving and also in tune with yourself. You have a great understanding of the significance God has in our lives aswell. I'm glad I'm not alone in the way that I think. People rarely have an idea of who they are or why they're here. So many people are lost, but I believe with more people like you and me, we can bring others to truth about love, loyalty, respect, and selflessness.βœ¨β€οΈπŸ’• I did make this video πŸ˜‚ I don't post stuff that's not mine, mainly because everyone learns lessons in their own way and views life differently and it's best to share my personal experience and be vulnerable so people can understand my perspective better.☺️

  20. Well, in my old Okie non-PC speak... the Good Lord has a tendancy to knock me on my butt, when I need it, lol. The bible teaches us that He will make our paths straight. And of course, it also teaches us to not hate His chastisement, since He chastises us as a father chastises a son. I'm thinking of it, at the moment, as that we need to "go with God's flow." Let Him lead us. And yes, there is most definitely a solitude in it. Married or single, big family or small, we can often be walking with God alone for the most part, without anyone to hold our hand... as much as we'd like to share the walk with someone. Maybe, in part, it's because Jesus said that we wouldn't be given in marriage after judgment day, but we would be more like the angels. Maybe we have to learn to be more independent, in terms of reciprocation of love or friendships, but while still giving as much as we can/should in helping others. We have to beware of giving what is holy to dogs, but once we've tested the spirits, I think we can get some idea of who is genuine and who is not, eventually.

  21. It's fine☺️✨, it's not too long. I really like your perspective of things. Firstly, I would like to say you are definitely right about going with God's flow. The solitude is the toughest part for me since I desire having a loving connection so much, but I have learned more away from the world than being apart of it. I feel like once the moment of solitude is over I would have a greater understanding of love and independence. You definitely made a great point about being able to discern who is genuine and who is not because I definitely had a hard time with thatπŸ˜… although, this stage of solitude can be a pain, I think it's definitely something I needed.

  22. I just wanted you to know that I at least, read the whole thing. I have no rock solid answers for you aside from getting back into the word. Seems like a reading of the books and letters that John wrote would do some good though. John's gospel, the three epistles and Revelation.

  23. Sometimes, people think they are saved, but our "works" are a sign of our faith and transformation. Some will say that a works-based salvation is faulty. Yet, they quote the man (Apostle Paul) who said that works are not our key to salvation, basically, but that our works would be evidence of our salvation. And of course, Jesus said we would know them by their fruits. Thus, if a person thinks they are saved, but they go back to living a life of "self" and personal goals and aspiriations, but they have not yet engaged in spreading the good news of the gospel, doing kindnesses for people, and looking for opportunities to glorify God... then where are their fruits?

  24. Amen! People really need to hear this, and think about how we need to work & suffer, more than bathe ourselves in selfishness.

  25. And yet not one person tried to edify the person who made the comment. Each one started casting stones. Which is more perverse, the adulteress or the pharisee ready to stone her to death in order to grandstand? A better response might have gone like:

  26. That is most certainly what I thought about you. And I have definitely been trying to help you see it. But you've found yet one more accusation. Any others? Where'd that bag of accusations go? I know I saw it around here somewhere. Oh, there it is! You have it! Well, I didn't much need it anyway. So have a blast I guess. But I'd really suggest that you bury that bag, and find that bag of love instead.

  27. Whatever, I'm done here. You clearly have lost the plot, my final advice to you is, stop accusing people. Just stop, work on yourself before worrying about others. Work on how you talk to people. This entire experience has been wholly unpleasant and shown nothing Christlike on your part. If you want the final word here, go for it, but understand that none of this has reflected well on you. If you feel the need to lie again though I will call you out on it. People should be aware that you are a wolf in sheep's clothing. Also I haven't blocked you and I'm not going to, you are welcome to block me but drop the lying about it. Bye.

  28. Oh, goodness, gracious, the born again believer is not to put themselves under the curse of the ministry of death.

  29. While I don't care for the tone of your writing, I can see what your thought process is. However, two 'huge' verses regarding the law are these:

  30. You do realize the devil is the source of pedophilia, rape, serial killings, tortures, beheadings, incest, theft, and any stinkin' little or big thing that hurts people, right? Also, he is stubborn. He could have pled to God for mercy long ago, but it seems to be a rivalry for leadership. In which case, the devil knows he has already lost, but continues to hurt people intentionally. Have you ever met someone who you try to teach, and they act like they are changing, but then really are just deceiving? This reminds me of the devil's way. He just doesn't seem to "want" to stop his torments and murders and thefts. Why should God forgive all of that? It's traumatizing to even think about too much... and sickening.

  31. Look up ArchaicChaos file on this topic. This scripture does not mean what you think it does…

  32. It doesn't appear to me, to be easily google-able. Do you have a link by chance?

  33. Oh no, lol. God bless your heart, but I am "not" trying to read that many posts on John Chapter 1. In the past, I have felt the need to share a post in more than one community. In that event, I either copy/pasted the post again, for the readers. Or, I copy, pasted, updated, or copied sections of a few posts, for the reader. I must apologize. It's just that I have a deep desire to read what God says, more than what man says (in large quantities). But I still feel the need to share/contribute/learn from reddit posts, but if it's too long... it just looks like it could take days to keep responding to... and that's too long, imo. Thank you for sharing the link, however. I could always change my mind (or have God steer me in your direction) later. Sometimes I think I'm driving, but God changes my course and steers me in another direction.

  34. I think some people know that their calling is to be a professional minister, prophet, etc. And I think other people are called simply to minister to their brethren as God sends the opportunities. But I don't know that everyone has to "label" it or try to call the shots. Most times, I think many of us let God take the wheel and steer, while we let the Holy Spirit lead us, and do our part to help as often as we can.
