1. Grab those lenses and point them up on a nightly clear sky... Bam! You finally will know if pluto is a planet!

  2. Gollum is wearing a wig for this year's carnival, nice.

  3. Brazilian living for 10 years abroad here... Man it's tough. You sacrifice a bit of family and old time friends in exchange for having more opportunities in life. If you go back to Brazil, you're closer to family and friends but with shit career... Then if you stay, you have great career and are far from people you love. 🙃 My solution to this was to really connect more with Brazilians who live in my area, and find hobbies that I really love (in my case salsa and bachata). You see, perhaps what you're missing is not Brazil, but the human connection you had there. Try to throw yourself in many social activities you might not have tried yet and find one where you can connect with people. The reason I like the salsa and bachata community is because it's one of the few environments I've ever seen where people are respectful and it's a bunch of adults having fun together and that's all! No risk of creepy people trying to pick you up. And you can go further and find Brazilian dances like forró, or acting, or anything like that. Also, don't even think twice about looking for professional help, a therapist. If I knew how much difference to boost my career and quality of life a mental health professional would have made in my life before, I would have invested my time on it way earlier.

  4. Goddamn got motion sickness from this on my phone!

  5. Go to camp with a solo character. Change the time of day in the sleeping bag. Approach non-following characters and ask them to leave the group. Exit camp with your main character. Return to camp. If successful, all characters should be present. Add them back to your group.

  6. THIS! Pumice stone! We have a Subaru Forester with leather seats and just need to run the stone over the carpet areas, and you can barely tell there was a dog in the car.

  7. The hair sticks to the stone? Doesn't it scratch the car?

  8. Are you smiling or in excruciating pain?

  9. Oh are the scripts not referenced by a guid like the other assets?

  10. Actually if you change the class name and not the name of the file it loses the reference

  11. If you use Visual Studio and refactor the class name, the file gets renamed automatically, including the meta file, at least, that's my experience.

  12. True! I wonder if OP uses visual studio code!

  13. That wasn't a date, it was charity.

  14. You have experience, skills, and have made lots of small games, so you’re in a good spot to start.

  15. What I mean by professionally is to make my games and sell them, and own an indie studio

  16. Modern XP is called Continuous Delivery (not DEvOps). Dave Farley is the founder of CD movement and a founder of DevOps. He offers courses here

  17. That's an amazing interview! Thanks a lot! It's really what I have been looking for.

  18. Wow thank you for so many suggestions!

  19. Yeah you had the privilege of being an adult in the 90s. Living today is a punishment worse than death

  20. But seriously: you are not going to get a gf, or friends, if you don't change your discourse. It's sabotaging you. The more you say you can't, the further you get from it. If you're 25 and doesn't have a physical disability, I guarantee you can get someone. One ugly truth: the more you get your shit together, the easier it gets, the more fucked up it's your like, the more difficult it gets. If you have friends, stable job, can talk to people, smile on your face and friends who laugh sometimes at your jokes, you're good to go. If you don't, you need to work on those before getting a gf, otherwise it's really difficult. It's hard work to improve, bit think about it: if you can't do the hard work for this, how can you even put the hard work for other things, like a career? Let me suggest you this: your first biggest challenge is doing to complain. Zero complain everyday and treating yourself like a victim. Wear a rubber band on your wrist and all the time you find yourself whining, treating yourself like a victim or complaining, pull that rubber band and let it got you as strong as possible. In a couple of days you'll start complaining. Then after doing that, thing about what can you do about those problems.

  21. But what can i do about the my ugliness? I mean i do have a disability there that puts me at a massive disadvantage. Yeah okay brother i will try my best to try to not complain but it's so hard after I'll I've been through and all the hate I've gotten and all the failure I've taken to not cave in and say I'm somehow not worthless. I mean when girls look at me they must think I'm gross. That's just how i feel. I just don't want to show my face in public anymore, i wear a hat and glasses when i go outside.

  22. Yeah brother I feel you, I suspected there was something underneath. And real life is harder than all those coaches promises everywhere, even more if you have a disability. I agree it gives you a disadvantage, but it doesn't make you a worse human being or less worth of anything. And yes, sometimes it's unbearable shit if it's a problem we don't see a solution. Honestly, if you have such condition you should consider a therapist. They are more popular used for severe cases when someone is going through some crisis, bit they are also good into helping you developing tolerance during hard times. I say that because, even in disadvantage, you need to work on acceptance: if there's something you can't change, you'll live with that for the rest of your life. It might be the hardest skill you'll have to learn, but you'll have to learn (with therapy is faster) how to accept your disability and go through life with a smile on your face and how to spend energy to achieve things you want. Like now I have a gf, good job, can travel, but I want to start a business and I started therapy to give me the mental strength to go through the hard times of being an entrepreneur. Strongly recommended :)
