That's essentially giving 9 unelected individuals the ability to read whatever they want into law, that's not democratic, and it's certainly not how the independent judiciary was set up.

Why is the abstraction of the description as a general right to marriage justified in those cases when strict originalism would not be able to find historical support for the particular interests advocated for in those cases.

Bianco tried going to Omaha once, he didn't care for it, so he's making sure he never has to go back. We pay him a top 5 salary, and Omaha is a lot of extra work, but he'll make sure to lose in the Supers every other year to give the illusion of effort.

Yes!! We hit really well against average pitchers but can't seem to hit anything when they are good.
