No, that’s not the case at all. There are no bad kids, just bad parents, or in a lot of cases, parents who work insane hours at multiple minimum wage jobs to make ends meet. I run restaurants. That’s what I know. I leave the social work to people who actually know what they’re doing. I’m perfectly fine with social programs and public infrastructure aimed at helping at risk youth. I’ve seen a lot of good done by programs like that when I lived in Baltimore.
