1. The first week or two can be pretty rough, power through and you’ll be on you’re way to better days.

  8. I was on 10 mg for 7 months and upped myself to 15 about 2 months ago. The anxiety for me when I upped did increase for a couple days and so did some of the fatigue but it cleared up less then a week later for me. Stick with it because I feel way better on 15 then I did at 10.

  21. Started out going hard into keto, no carbs, or very little if possible, had bought an excercise bike and was doing five miles a day for about a month, mixed in with some beat saber in vr. After that, I got lazy and stopped the exercise unfortunately. I was also eating very small portions, and if I guessed, I was maybe doing 1000 calories or less a day. Around 250 lbsI started counting my calories and got a food scale. I eat the same thing everyday and mix up dinner some times. A ham steak and egg for lunch, baked chicken breast with a low carb tortilla for dinner, or do bacon for dinner, try to throw green beans in there as well for something green, or just do a ham and egg wrap. At night I snack on peanuts. Probably not the healthiest way to go about things but I do take a 1 a day vitamin if that counts for anything

  25. Just a reminder UB got rid of the title winning men’s soccer team and 3 other teams because they “could not financially carry 20 D1 teams” aka put all their money into this shithole football team.

  26. UB Football has been pretty decent in recent years. Won their last 2 bowl games and been to MAC Champs 2 of the last 3 years.
