I have a 2005 auto so I'm not sure if this will work for you, but run a toggle switch from positive start lead on ignition barrel down to the starter solenoid. The immobilizer only interferes with the operation of the starter. This will start your car regardless of what key you have. It will even work with a flathead(though I do not recommend it, it will destroy your lock cylinder and they are NOT cheap!) Once you've ran your lead, turn ignition to start then flip the switch until the car starts then flip it back off or you will burn your starter up.
Do you live in a snowy area? I'm in Nashville and we got blanketed with sheets of ice and haven't been able to go to work in 10 days. Also my packages were delayed until the 25th for this reason.
