As far as i reached after this point is a message i received from the Handman telling me i have access to Dogtown. but i think i might need to leave the area first because it is still locked when the mission failed.
I never thought this could happen TBH, And also you don't get to play the expansion dlc when this happens, unless you reload a previous save file before the mission, LOL
So, if you continue the final race and refuse to help Claire to follow and get her revenge on Sampson, she refuses to serve you at the afterlife at all, not even once, but after you finish "Don't fear the reaper" the secret ending and become the night city legend and the owner of the mansion and the Afterlife, will Claire still refuses to serve you?
Also at Victor's clinic when Victor tells her to go and figure it out, nearly at the end of the game before the final choosing, she speaks loud with Johnny, and Victor says you are talking loud. and it was Johnny's talking. he was kinda and partially taking over V's.
No, that's the consumable coffee. The machine in your apartment gives a similar buff, but different amounts, and last for a real-time hour, just like the sleeping and showering buffs do.
