Although in 2005 I bought a Betamax player from eBay and that came with a bundle of around 30/40 Betamax tapes of stuff that had been recorded from the TV in the 80’s and there are a few movies on those tapes, so technically that’s the last time I bought cassette tapes, although not VHS.
