With holidays and everything, if you paid on the 28th, then technically today, the 18th is the 14th business day so it should be coming through be the end of the day today. Our system is relatively slow, but true to the 14 business day schedule.
Ahhh… business days. I thought it was truly just like 2 weeks. And then when I called a week ago the girl said it was the 14th day so I have just been mind blown that it’s now been “21 days”. They gotta update that wording lol
