20 years in pizza delivery - a hassle over a refund like that would only be in the extremely rare instance that somebody has lied multiple, multiple times and a point is being proven. From a health code standpoint, anything that's been handed over can ONLY go straight to the trash. (As it should.) And honestly, who gives a shit over a pizza. A large cheese pizza is about $5 in food cost. Just remake it and send the complainer on their way.
