1. Along these same lines, I enjoyed a book called The Shallows:What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains. It can go off into some loosely relevant tangents sometimes, which I found annoying, but overall I thought it was interesting.

  2. I've read his book, "Lost Connections" which is on depression, and that contains solutions which which aren't just a repeat of the usual things. His research is pretty thorough and has interviews with a variety of people. I'll probably give this new book a go because I found his previous one so interesting.
