  2. get a weightlifting routine, if you cant, do calisthenics, make sure your progressively overloading, and STAY consistent. Sleep well and eat well so that you're lean and building muscle. Yes, it's possible if you really want a body like this. It will take MANY years without steroids so don't stop and dont turn to a needle. Your past self will thank you in the long run.
