1. The fact that you are there with her, she knows 💕 if it gets to be too much for you, you can set her down and leave for a few minutes to take a deep breath and chill out and come get baby again. It does pass. Hang in there!

  2. Unfortunately it's just a shitty phase they have to get through - that's assuming all other needs have been taken care of (diaper, burps/gas, hot/cold etc). Have you tried taking LO outside or for a walk during those hours? Sometimes getting outside will reset them. Hang in there - I know it's so tough when you're in it. You're doing amazing.

  3. Look up the 5 S’s. It really does help. Take babe outside or put in the bath if nothing else works. Other than that, sounds like you’re doing great!

  4. Hang in there, this too will pass! My husband and I had to get creative with our daughter during this period. I would pop her into her stroller and bring her out for a walk, we also drove her around in the car seat (the engine and vibrations of the car seemed to calm her down). My husband would play guitar for her and this is around the time we started an evening wipe down routine so she would be distracted.
