1. I mean it'll largely depend on the spice rubs you're bbq'ing/smoking with. For that jerk chicken, you could prep out caribbean-style black beans and rice. Put the pork butt on those flats of slider buns and add the sauce whenever you like. I confess I'm a bit confused because all your pics have the hard part done. Throw a serving of meat in a container, add some rice or potatoes and like, some green beans or broccoli or carrots and you're done. I feel like most BBQ keeps pretty well in a fridge for at least a week.
