Ka shum lloje infermiere.... Infermieret qe i thirrim "nursing aide" n'Kanada nuk kan nevoj me pas fakulltet sepse detyrat e vetme t'tyre jan t'thjeshta tamon qe munden me u trajnu n'to n'van si me e kry fakulltetin per infermier. A pat konkursi informata tjera per pozitën?
"Nursing aide" nuk kane nevoj as ne gjimnaz per inf me shku sepse puna e tyre eshte thejsht asistimi i inf ne punen e tij e per ate ski nevoj shkoll me pas te kryne!
Infermieret me fakultet sherbejne ne Dhoma Operimi, Emergjence, Intensive ku eshte pune jete apo vdekje. Kurse infermieret me shkolle te mesme zakonisht kryejne pune me shume me pak pergjegjesi si japja e ndonje infuzionit, hekja e ndonje gipsit te dores/kembes, pastrimin e pacienteve, apo ne Recepcion te Spitalit. :)
Jooooo... komplet gabim je! Cdo inf eshte i njejt kudo ne cilin repart shkon vec trajnimi ka vler se ne cilen klinik ki deshir me shku dallimi kryesor eshte se ata me shkoll te mesme te specializuar per inf kane koeficientin me te ulet se ata mw baçelor.
