  1. A guy yesterday posted that Tesla sold him a used car that had been totaled as new. He only found out when he went to sell it and someone ran the Carfax. Who knows how much shady shit they have been doing.

  2. How do you know it's not wrong on Carfax's end? Everyone is assuming Tesla did something wrong.

  3. Out of our control. We land 20 mins early and taxi 5 mins until within radio range of ramp cause we landed on 27R. We ask ramp control if the gate is free. Ramp says gate is occupied, plane is scheduled to leave in 10 mins. We tell ground control we need somewhere to wait. They put us in the penalty box to wait until the gate is free. Ramp usually calls when the gate opens. Aeroplane at your gate has a maintenance issue, or drunk passenger, or needs more fuel, or flight attendant slept in, or catering is late, or missing bags and ends up getting delayed. ~15 mins into the wait pilots call ramp asking WTF is happening with the gate? Ramp doesn't know why they haven't pushed but says they have closed the door. Pilots call operations and ask for a new gate. Operations says there are no other gates available. Your airline can only use certain gates because that is where the staff, equipment and computers are. You've now been taxiing for 25 mins. Eventually the plane at the gate pushes back and starts their engines and starts taxiing. Ramp tells you to make your way over as the gate has opened up. Aviation radios do not allow two people to talk at the same time. To get from the penalty box to the gate takes 5-10 mins but the pilots can't get a word in on ground control frequency because the ATC is repeating the same clearance over and over again for Korean Airlines who keep turning the wrong way. Some Delta pilot also keeps jumping on blocking other clearances because he's the most important pilot in the world and needs to go first. After 5 mins of trying to tell ground control that your gate is ready your pilots finally get a word on the radio. You've now been sitting for 35 mins. You get taxi clearance and make the 5 min journey to the gate but it takes 7 mins because American is taxiing insanely slow in front of you. The captain makes the turn into the ramp and the line of departures is blocking your gate, but at least it's open. 5 mins later ground control clears those aircraft to the runway and the pilots sneak into the gate. You've now been taxiing for 45 mins.

  4. Is it common for Seatgeek to say there are only standing room only tickets? That's what I'm seeing for the Bears game but other sites have a ton of tickets. I can't tell if official tickets sold out and they're all re-sale or if they just haven't gone on sale yet.

  5. OP, did you ever find tickets? I'm travelling to Dallas and wanted to buy some but looks like Seatgeek only has standing room only. Doesn't look like tickets are on sale yet. Other sites have a ton of tickets for the game but I'm assuming they re-sale from season ticket holders. Or maybe there really aren't any official tickets left because it's showing the same thing on SG for other games.

  6. This seems pointless. What tweaks that support this version are worth using? Who cares if there's a jailbreak if there aren't any tweaks.

  7. It was a short tunnel (like the one right behind where this picture was taken) that went across the street in front of you. Closed like 10 years ago. No idea why.

  8. This new design looks like it was made by someone who learned HTML last week. The blue button is ugly as fuck. Looks like someone just learned CSS and wrote their first div with a background color.

  9. This is great and all but with every new jb mean less devs updating the tweaks to support latest iOS versions. many already left Jb scenes, stopped adding supports or no longer wishes to add support.

  10. Yeah, everyone always focuses on the jailbreak devs like coolstar who make the jailbreaks but the future of jailbreaking is really determined by the tweak devs. If there are no devs or old tweaks never get updated then jailbreaking dies. Doesn't matter if there's a jailbreak if there are no tweaks.

  11. Secret service expecting to die and calling their families to say goodbye is... Boring... To you? What the fuck dude?

  12. It's literally just a normal stock split lol. What are you guys expecting to happen? You guys are hyping this thing up like it's something that's never been done before. Happens hundreds of times a year.

  13. Lmao absolutely not satire. They're supposed to run every 6 minutes. That's more than a 100% increase. Thats a pretty big delay. Public transit should be fast and reliable the CTA has been neither.

  14. What part of the schedule did you check? The day and time of day matters. It's not 6 minutes 24 hours a day. 15 minutes is actually the time during certain parts of the day. That's a pretty normal wait time before Covid.

  15. Right? So sick of hearing "no one wants to work anymore!!" The US is at 1.02 million covid deaths since 2020, not even accounting for other deaths. That's a lot of people that are suddenly not in the workforce.

  16. How many of those were 60 and older? Most of them. There aren't that many 60 and older CTA bus drivers or train conductors.

  17. Oh, so he kept an open mind and followed the science like any world-class scientist should. Got it.

  18. The point was that he was already in the spotlight quite a bit in the 80s. Covid was nothing new. He was a controversial doctor back then, too.

  19. I think Lindor got away with it because Hoerner took the ball out of his glove and so wasn’t attempting a tag technically to establish the baseline.

  20. Okay, but isn't there a general baseline rule no matter if he's making a play on him or not? He didn't make a play on him because he assumed he couldn't just run 5 feet in the other direction. How far is the runner allowed to go? The outfield?

  21. So Nico did actually make a tag on him. Did Lindor just get lucky that he didn't have the ball in his glove? Watch the video again, he clearly attempted to tag him without the ball and I don't think Lindor knew it at the time. If the ball was in his glove was he out of the base path?

  22. OP i’ve read most of your replies and it seems to me like you’re using NFTs as a buzz word and are avoiding a lot of questions because you don’t fully understand what blockchain is truly capable of.

  23. Because they know people on this sub are idiots and will buy anything related to GME lol. They're literally just doing this to jump on the hype train knowing there's a lot of eyes on the GME marketplace and more eyes = more donations. Everyone in this sub is too dumb to realize that. Just look at their replies, they're just repeating the same buzzwords and can't answer anything in detail.

  24. The stream giants will definitely keep an eye out because eventually they might require a NFT to have access to there service. It’s will solve password sharing

  25. Password sharing can already be solved. Just because Netflix doesn't do it yet doesn't mean others don't.

  26. I'm having a different issue that's not listed by OP. When I pause on the LG TV app and the screen saver comes on and then I play the show again the whole YTTV app restarts. This used to only happen when I would leave it paused for a really long time. Not just a few minutes.

  27. It's exactly opposite mate. He walked away rich and all investors are fucked.

  28. Not really different than any other business. Look up WeWork. Owner walked away a billionaire and a lot of workers got fucked.

  29. It's worth noting that when John Antioco launched Blockbuster Online, it dwarfed the hell out of Netflix's numbers. Blockbuster didn't fail because they didn't adapt - They failed because their investors gutted the shit out of the company and didn't like Antioco spending money that could have gone into their own pockets. Antioco gets booted and Blockbuster goes bankrupt five years later.

  30. Just so you all know, you need to be a shareholder on the 18th to receive the dividend. Let us not forget T+2. If you would like to increase your position it would be best to place the trade no later then the 14th/15th.

  31. Why would it matter if someone bought 1 now or 4 after that date? Their position will be the same. You're not getting anything extra by buying before that date.

  32. because the price action leading up to and on that date could be bonkers. if it went back to $130 quickly you basically missed out on 3 additional shares.

  33. I mean, that logic applies to split or no split. Think the price is going to go up in 2 weeks? Buying not would make more sense than 3 weeks from now. The price could also go down and buying now means losing money.

  34. So? It still makes options, and buying for those who can't access fractional shares far more accessible, how is wanting to expand retail access a bad thing?

  35. I was talking about fundamentals dum dum. You even acknowledged that in other parts of your comment.

  36. Those colored numbers are just used to measure boxes, not sure what you’re talking about?

  37. Your screen shots refer to a Tribune article from February. Just because the blog you took the screen shots from says "just published" doesn't mean their source was just published.

  38. https://twitter.com/fnez_blogger/status/1544410923518943232?s=21&t=h37TGPjzqDmYDFbS87DgWg

  39. Click on the link in that Twitter post. The source used in that link is a Tribune article from February. The date on the twitter post doesn't matter. They're tweeting today and writing a story about a Tribune article from 5 months ago. They tricked you into thinking it was new. You need to start paying attention to the sources of the information and not trash blogs that just copy and paste it. And stop getting your news from Twitter.

  40. I would say the family did what THEY could if their involvement got his initial weapons taken away. The fault lies with the state and federal agencies not communicating and not having a wait period for purchases to make sure something like this is not in place for the guy in another state already. Hell a 5 hour wait and a phone call would have prevented this shooting.

  41. my man saying gender is like being a helicopter, bro stfu you probably listen to slayer

  42. The irony in this comment is hilarious. "people can make up any gender they want and we should accept people for who they want to be addressed by but if someone wants to be called a helicopter then that crosses a line" lmao.

  43. I never said sex in my comment. Coolstar is picking their gender just like the other person is picking theirs. Why are you being hypocritical and not accepting both? Isn't that the point that anyone can pick any gender they want since it's not defined like sex is?

  44. Am I missing something? The article's title said he planned it for weeks but the article doesn't talk about it all. Nothing in the article talks about what he did to plan. The only thing it says is that he had women's clothing on when they found him.

  45. They are just repeating what the cops said. Is this your first time reading about a incident with the police? They are pretty tight lipped only releasing little bits of information. Other information you see is gathered by other people examining his and others social media.

  46. People read articles to read more about what is conveyed in the headline. If BBC knows they are only going to mention it in the headline and not say anything more then it's 100% clickbait garbage. The rest is just fluff. But they got you to click on it which is all they care about.
