Looks to me like it needs a serious drink, how often do you water it and how much water do you give it?
I only watered it once over the winter because I thought that was what you were supposed to do with desert plants. I’ll give it another good drink. I was worried about over-watering because I’m pretty new to house plants.
I definitely don’t water mine as much during the winter but if I notice them getting a little wrinkly like yours (maybe once every 3-4 weeks) I give it a good soak through. I totally get it though, and this should be pretty easy to save! Give it a good soak, and see if it perks up :)

I’ve got mine done there a few times and it was pretty good. Obviously when you take the acrylics off there’s damage, but they did a good job removing them and it only took a few days for my nails to return to normal strength

It's kinda hard to notice from the packaging, one thing an official reseller once told me is that the pipette should be matte while the fake one would be shiny and glossy, about the serial numbers and other stuff from the packaging I can't be sure, these scammers are too smart these days.

Not necessarily foam but there can occasionally be an air bubble or two near the top of the bottle or in the pipette
