My breaking point was the poor management skills that our O/N TL’s and coaches showed. The workload just got worse and worse when they figured out that you could do your job fast and correctly. Me personally, I was a pets department boy. We had a guy that worked that department for 3 year straight and (not to boast or anything I could just do my job) I could work circles around him. Every time he barely had freight he wouldn’t finish till 6:30 or 6:45 AM, but when I worked on the nights he did, they would send me to go and save his ass.
Ugh. Fingers crossed something better will turn up 🙂
