At the same time that human rights experts are advising that trans people flee the UK, Ireland added has added trans people to the list of minorities protected under hate crime laws. As I understand, France had been very progressive as far as LGBTQ issues (although they could be significantly better about other areas of human rights). If there's any chance for those of you who live in the UK to get out, it sounds like you have some decent options nearby
