On hands need checked as well. We all have the same issues. Think about all the merchandise that was forced to us from H. O. Still trying to get errors corrected. Glad I have everything in the bins to keep track of onhands. Also some of the backroom labels don’t scan so merchandise isn’t being binned, therefore onhands aren’t being corrected. I truly understand the plugging of merchandise. I want to believe my team doesn’t do this, but yeah management does not want things taken to the back. That’s when topstock needs worked. All in all it’s a vicious cycle

I need to know how to train a dog to do this. My current strategy is to keep a towel nearby and dry the floor 10x per day.

Our three can bark like crazy, but in reality would probably help the thief carry it out, however if you mess with their pack it will be another story
My Walmart Locations break room has two ways to enter, and one is right next to a Fire Exit, Very well placed.
Ours has 2 doors as well. Both are maybe 20 ft from a fire door
