The Rule of 7 in Marketing says folks need to see your ad 7 times before buying. They will still go to your site via an ad to look at your product, but won't buy - even if the site is good.

Process automation. Automatically doing things on the internet that were previously been done manually. Pretty much anything on the internet I can automate.

You can do that simply by updating your robots.txt file. Allow only Google and Bing and ban all other bots

Go for whatever college is closest to you, that's it. They all teach the same things with the same textbooks and they all give you placement via bulk hiring of big companies that offer 3-4 lpa package. If you want more than that you'll have to apply for jobs (And internships while you're in college!) yourself.
Keep in mind knee replacement surgery is extremely painful for many months after the surgery. She will also need 2 months of physiotherapy which is very painful too.
