Not sure what you are asking here, but if your question is: "I don't like the enchantment I am offered, how can I change it?" then the answer is: enchanting anything, even a wooden shovel or a book, with the current offer will re-roll the offer the next time you try to enchant something. You can use the cheapest (one lapis) tier to do this, and if required you can reclaim some of the XP spent by disenchanting the item afterwards using a grindstone.
