1. Not really a response but hopefully not going back to the same employer? I wouldn’t want to work somewhere that had such a blatant disregard for the FLSA. You absolutely should have been provided with adequate pumping breaks and space at work to pump - the fact that you were forced out of work for wanting to do so is entirely unacceptable.

  2. I agree, when hoping it's not the same employer. However, if it is, please be prepared in ways you may need to support your own needs and your family's needs.

  3. Just chiming in to say I am so diet you were treated unfairly with the whole break thing. That wasn’t right!

  4. I think you’ll be excited to go back and enjoy work. It’s nice getting out of the house and taking a break from mom. I was terrified of leaving my son and going back to work. Once I did it, I ended up being really happy. My son got to spend time with his grandma and learn new things at daycare so he was okay without me for a few hours. I did cosleep because I missed him so much all day that I needed those nighttime cuddles.

  5. Thanks for the responses, yall helped me not feel so bad for going back to work🤗and my baby can spend some time with her mimi (grandma) and her daddy
