1. It's R6D36. Have decided to keep going another 30 days. No big events between now and then -- and there's something about the "these are the rules" nature of Whole 30 that makes it easier for me than meal by meal decisions about "how should I walk the line between healthy food and 'easy', 'tasty' and/or 'convenient' food. Lost about 10 lbs in the first 30, would not mind losing another few over the next four weeks.

  2. R?D6. My energy levels are low- have been since Friday. I’m assuming it’s due to lower carb intake as compared to my normal paleo+rice diet. Hoping to feel the shift soon back to normal or higher than normal energy. Eating great. Working out hard like normal. Just feeling sluggish throughout my day.
