1. Day 4 and feeling pretty good! Eating REALLY well but I was not extremely productive yesterday or today. I worked out hard this morning, made some sausage & cabbage when I got home, and just finished a 3 mile walk with my dog, however every moment in between has been spent on the couch watching Seinfeld (I mean … what are Saturday’s for??). My schedule got a little jacked the last couple of nights, so I’m thinking once I’m back on track that hopefully my energy levels will be back to normal or even better!
